Fanny's was a pet-shop until Marcus bought the premises and transformed the place first into an off-licence, and soon, a pub. This water-colour by Stuart Hirst shows the way it looked before. Marcus bought the picture and it has been hanging in the downstairs bar ever since the pub was opened.
Fanny's as it is now, with its cheerful bright green paint and the famous pub sign.
